{"id":2860,"date":"2025-12-02T10:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T09:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/letorri.club\/evento\/design-programming-and-sustainable-management\/"},"modified":"2026-01-22T09:07:48","modified_gmt":"2026-01-22T08:07:48","slug":"design-programming-and-sustainable-management","status":"publish","type":"eventi","link":"https:\/\/letorri.club\/en\/evento\/design-programming-and-sustainable-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Sustainable Planning, Programming, and Management"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The workshop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop aims to explore and develop essential professional skills for those who wish to work in the cultural and performing arts sector, adopting an approach focused on sustainability and territorial impact.<br\/>Through a theoretical\u2013practical course, participants will acquire useful tools for cultural design and programming, based on needs analysis, assessment of the social, cultural, environmental, and economic impact of activities, and the adoption of innovative and sustainable management models<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In particular, the workshop will focus on two key professional roles in the sector:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>Cultural Program Manager<\/strong>, as a facilitator of collective processes, capable of reading contexts, coordinating networks, devising new tools, and sustainably managing cultural offerings, responding to the real needs of the communities and territories;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Cultural Project Manager<\/strong>, as a professional able to apply methodologies and tools for planning, management, and coordination of resources, in order to deliver complex projects while ensuring effectiveness, sustainability, and coherence with strategic objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop will also address topics related to <strong>cultural communication<\/strong>, the <strong>project\u2019s economic and financial management<\/strong>, and <strong>participation in public and private funding calls<\/strong> to support initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>From <strong>13 January 2026<\/strong> to <strong>17 March 2026<\/strong>.<br\/>Every <strong>Tuesday<\/strong> and <strong>Thursday<\/strong> from <strong>6:00 p.m.<\/strong> to <strong>8:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetings will be held <strong>in person<\/strong> at Club Le Torri, with the exception of the following dates: <strong>24 and 26 February, 5 March.<\/strong><br\/>On these occasions, <strong>meetings will take place online<\/strong> via a <strong>link<\/strong> provided by <strong>Fondazione Entroterre ETS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Register<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The workshop is completely free of charge, prior registration by clicking the button below.<br\/>Participants will need to subscribe to the <strong>Entroterre Card<\/strong> (also free of charge;
