The workshop
The workshop aims to explore and develop essential professional skills for those who wish to work in the cultural and performing arts sector, adopting an approach focused on sustainability and territorial impact.
Through a theoretical–practical course, participants will acquire useful tools for cultural design and programming, based on needs analysis, assessment of the social, cultural, environmental, and economic impact of activities, and the adoption of innovative and sustainable management models
In particular, the workshop will focus on two key professional roles in the sector:
- The Cultural Program Manager, as a facilitator of collective processes, capable of reading contexts, coordinating networks, devising new tools, and sustainably managing cultural offerings, responding to the real needs of the communities and territories;
- The Cultural Project Manager, as a professional able to apply methodologies and tools for planning, management, and coordination of resources, in order to deliver complex projects while ensuring effectiveness, sustainability, and coherence with strategic objectives.
The workshop will also address topics related to cultural communication, the project’s economic and financial management, and participation in public and private funding calls to support initiatives.

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where
Meetings will be held in person at Club Le Torri, with the exception of the following dates: 24 and 26 February, 5 March.
On these occasions, meetings will take place online via a link provided by Fondazione Entroterre ETS.
