What We Do
We offer specialized training, active experimentation, and the sharing of innovative management models and essential tools for the cultural sector.
Four lines of workshops dedicated to local youth to explore careers in the cultural sector within management and organizational roles,
and to cultural organizations to improve processes and functions from a sustainability perspective.

Careers in Music: Meetings Dedicated to the World of Recording and Beyond
These sessions, curated by Pierfrancesco Pacoda and featuring industry professionals, are designed to provide participants with a comprehensive overview of working in the live music and recording world, with a special focus on the independent scene.
These introductory conversations will delve into the various career paths available in music, helping to guide participants toward their professional future. They will offer practical insights, inspiration, and technical and artistic advice on how to navigate the field.
Most importantly, by sharing their personal and professional journeys, the speakers will provide invaluable case studies for participants to learn from, essential resources for successfully tackling this complex, yet fascinating and passionate career.
Sustainable Planning, Programming, and Management of Cultural and Entertainment Activities
This workshop is designed to explore and develop fundamental professional skills for those looking to operate in the cultura and entertainment sector, adopting an approach focused on sustainability and territorial impact.
Through a theoretical and practical learning journey, participants will acquire essential tools for cultural project design and programming. This includes learning how to analyze needs, evaluate the social, cultural, environmental, and economic impact of activities, and adopt innovative, sustainable management models.
The workshop will also cover topics related to cultural communication, the economic and financial management of projects, and navigating the process of applying for public and private funding opportunities.
Backstage
This is an experiential discovery program exploring careers in live performance through
hands-on learning in project management, administration, sustainable event production and management, and audience development and engagement: This workshop, run in collaboration with local schools and dedicated to young people, promotes the view that organizational support for the arts is a form of social commitment. It aims to foster professional orientation and youth entrepreneurship, facilitating crucial connections between businesses and young talent.
The goal of this ten-session workshop is ambitious: to have the students entirely program and manage an event at the Ocarina Festival.
